  1.   COMMAND ECOUNT

  3.     Purpose: Save the edge-count of the specified object
  4.              into the variable "ecount" (good for programming)
  5.       Usage: ECOUNT(<objectID>)
  6.    Examples: ecount(31)
  7.              .ecount
  8.
